Reset Your Forgotten Barracuda Password

Barracuda is considered a separate account from your email, so it may have a different password. If you've forgotten it, you can easily reset it and then change it to whatever you like.

On the Barracuda login page, enter your email and then select "Create New Password"

This will email you a new password which by default will be long and complex. You can then use the new password to login. 

Once you are logged in, you can change the password to whatever you like by selecting the "Preferences" tab and clicking "Password"

From there you will just type the new password you just received as "Old password" and then whatever you want to be the new one to be.
